I Have Not Received My Order Yet: 

All orders will have a tracking number assigned to them. Please check your USPS Tracking number to determine how far along in transit your order is & the estimated arrival date. 

I Received The Wrong Item:

In the rare occasion you received an item that you did not order - or an item is missing from your order please email us immediately at customerservice@sandana.com and we will investigate the situation and get it rectified immediately. 

The Size I Ordered Does Not Fit:

If you purchased a sized item and it does not fit you have the ability to exchange it for the correct size. You must return the item in its original condition in the original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. 

Can I Cancel My Order:

Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled by the request of the buyer. Orders may be returned under certain circumstances. Please view our return policy below. 

Do You Accept Returns:

We do not accept returns on the basis of a buyer changing his mind on his/her purchase. We do accept returns if you receive an item that is not described as advertised within 5 days of receiving it. Certain products like our swim trunks will not be eligible for returns due to the nature of the product. All buyers are responsible for return shipping.
